(Locations are listed at the end of the release.) The New York Times calls the magically touching and absurd Clean House “…one of the finest and funniest new plays you’re likely to see…” Mathilde, recently orphaned due to a very funny joke, hates to clean, but is hired as a maid. As the play unfolds and the house and life show their messier sides, Mathilde helps a doctor, her sister, her husband and his lover put their lives in order, in this intriguing blend of fantasy and realism.
